Parties

To ensure transparency, please review the following party policies & pricing, as well as party logistics information:

Our party pricing is designed to be inclusive-we will not provide discounts based on games forfeited, or for any decorations, cakes, food, or other items brought in from the outside. Your first laser tag game will be scheduled approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of your party. Please encourage all guests to arrive on time. We cannot reschedule game times for guests who are late. No refunds will be given if games are missed due to tardiness or by choice. Parents or other adults in attendance are invited to fill any empty spaces! We find that kids just love going after their adults. Your second game of laser tag will be approximately 1 hour later to allow time for playing in the facility and celebrating with pizza and cupcakes. Everyone is welcome to stay and play as long as they like after the party ends.

You have paid a deposit of $50 to hold your spot which will be refunded to you upon full payment. You will have approximately 1.5 hours in the party room. Minimum party price is $230 for up to 10 guests ($23 for each additional guest). If you have fewer guests, feel free to use the extra laser tag game tickets for adults that would like to join the fun.
Parties Include:

Two 16 inch pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, sausage avail) Note: We will scale up the food (at no additional charge) based on the number of paid guests.

2 pitchers of soda and ice water

1 Cupcake each (also candles and all paper products)

Two games of Laser Tag

Party room and host

Full facility access

Optional: Add $20 in game tokens for $15.

 

You are welcome to bring your own decorations! Grown-ups attending the party are welcome to join laser tag for the discounted rate of $8 per game. Please let us know in advance so we can make the appropriate accommodations in the arena. We encourage parents and relatives to enjoy the party. We charge an admission fee of $5 per adult over the party minimum of 10 (for example, if 10 children and 12 adults arrive, an additional $10 fee will be charged). All guests are required to have a waiver, signed by their parent or guardian. If the guests do not have these waivers they will not be allowed to participate. No outside beverages or food allowed with the exception of birthday cakes or options for individual children with food allergies. You are also welcome to bring your own themed paper goods if you would like. However NO DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN. *We do apologize for the strong tone taken above.
